They were given a very clear brief that the event started at 9:00, at 9:00 they had erected one of the two tents paid for and the owner is refusing a refund stating that we cancelled the tent, however the tent would have needed to be erected while the event was on going. The owner has taken zero accountability for the fact that her teams did not arrive early enough to properly set up before the event started. A very unco-operative owner who refuses to provide customer service and refuses to take accountability for her team's incompetence.
