What a disappointing end to what started as such a great experience.

Our bosses arranged a very last-minute corporate function, and initially the team was absolutely amazing. They accommodated us on incredibly short notice, delivered everything we needed, and we were genuinely so grateful. We were so impressed that we had already discussed using them for all our corporate events going forward.

We then added a few extra chairs, which resulted in an additional outstanding amount. The chairs were delivered and the additional payment was made immediately afterwards. The only thing we had not yet done was send through the second proof of payment.

We fully understand following up for a POP,  that is completely reasonable. What was NOT reasonable was the attitude and manner in which we were spoken to.

The lady who followed up was unnecessarily rude and unpleasant, despite the fact that payment had already been made. A simple, professional “Please send through the POP” would have taken seconds and the matter would have been resolved.

Instead, an interaction over something so minor completely changed what had otherwise been a fantastic experience and honestly put a damper on our afternoon.

It’s such a shame because we were genuinely impressed with how they came through for us at the last minute and were ready to make them our go-to supplier for future events.

Businesses sometimes forget that customer service doesn't end once the items have been delivered. How you speak to paying customers matters.

Unfortunately, one unnecessarily rude interaction was enough to turn a very happy customer into one who will think twice about using the company again.

I highly recommend Lilly! She did the balloon décor for my daughter’s birthday, and everything was absolutely beautiful. The setup was clean, stylish, and exceeded my expectations.

We held a bridal shower today and the theme was a tea party and Lilly Bees Events over delivered. The decor looked amazing and they really gave us what we wanted and even more.
